Cookie Extravaganza

For the past several years I've made cookies for Jody's coworkers for Christmas. I said I wasn't going to do it this year because I didn't think I could manage with Henry, but somehow Jody convinced me to make them. It took several late nights of mixing and whisking, and Amy's help on the last night to put everything together, but now they're all done!!! I made sand tarts, linzer cookies, chocolate caramel nut rounds, rich roll cookies, and mazarin petits fours (almond flavored pastry layered with strawberry jam and dipped in chocolate).
