Jody got me an awesome ice cream machine for my birthday. All you have to do is make the batter, pour it in the canister, press the button, and voila! 40 minutes later you have creamy deliciousness! You don't even have to freeze the bowl first. It's so easy! Maybe a little too easy - I've become an ice cream making maniac! My first batch was chocolate peanut butter cup. I've since made pistachio, strawberry frozen yogurt, kahlua nut fudge, mint oreo, and I'm currently churning up a batch of banana rum. Mmmmm!
