Shopping Cart

It's a real challenge taking Henry to the grocery store these days. He'll stay seated in the cart at first, but then he wants to get out and help push. Which is cute at first, but he doesn't want to stop so it's a bit difficult to pick out apples and then we nearly run people over.
We went to Kroger during their grand reopening and just as we were about to leave they announced that a guy was doing caricatures for free upstairs in the new coffee shop so we ran up to have Henry's portrait done.
I've been faithfully putting Desitin on Henry every night because he's had this rash for months that just won't go away. So he knows the routine now and after his bath he points up to the Desitin on the dresser then lies down on the floor with his little bum in the air for me to put it on him! And he's learned the word, "bottom" er "bah-m."
We read Goodnight Moon at night before bed and when we get to the part about the old lady he stops nursing, wrinkles up his nose and says, "Hunnnh" for "Hush."

Ahhh...the joys of grocery shopping with a toddler! Have you tried boudreaux's butt paste for his rash? Every kid is different, but this works within 1-2 applications with our kiddos. Here's a link to see a picture. Hope it clears up soon! http://www.walgreens.com/store/catalog/Diapering/Butt-Paste-Diaper-Rash-Ointment/ID=prod1044242&navCount=1&navAction=push-product?V=G&ec=frgl_609743&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=sku1044232
